Quality Management

Since 2018, Silvatech has implemented a Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 9001:2015 type, to ensure and improve the operation of the platform, the operation of its technical routes, and maximize the satisfaction of its partners.
Since September 2024, the Silvatech platform has been certified under the ISO 9001:2015 standard, which confirms that it follows a dynamic of "continuous quality improvement" through a process approach.

The European Standard EN ISO 9001:2015 has the status of a French standard and specifies the requirements related to the quality management system when an organization:

  • must demonstrate its ability to consistently provide a product or service that meets customer requirements and applicable legal and regulatory requirements; and
  • aims to increase customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for system improvement and ensuring compliance with customer requirements and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.


To do this, the platform is mapped out in processes and driven by identified leaders. You will find a simplified mapping below.

Process mapping has become our communication tool because it allows us to understand the internal functioning of the organization of the new Silvatech platform with inputs and outputs (requests and partner satisfaction), and the three central pillars: an operational process, which is at the heart of the activities; support processes, which provide the necessary resources; and management/control processes, which manage the planning of actions and drive the improvement of the platform to achieve the objectives set by the platform. These major objectives and orientations are described by management in the quality policy according to the chosen organization and summarized in the process map.

Today, the platform has a set of description and monitoring documents in its QMS. This management system is important for the Silvatech platform because it allows for the anchoring of good practices in operations, satisfying customers, and welcoming any new arrivals under good conditions. Silvatech is an organized system where quality is present at different levels (Safety, Equipment, Reception...) and thus ensures the effectiveness of our services.
